The following assignment is to defend the posted challenge:
“That is a unique way of using digital evidence. I was not sure how the walkie talkie was going to be presented but the digital photographs do qualify. It would have been interesting if the conversations on those walkie talkies were digitally recorded with a digital fingerprint tied to each device. that could also place the defendant in the room or at least show that he had possession of the walkie talkie during the time period when the murder was committed.”
