Describe a Biblical approach to managerial leadership. Discuss historical and modern secular perspectives on leadership. Compare and contrast the four approaches to leadership introduced in chapters 1-4. Identify and discuss potential elements of commonality. Identify and discuss potential elements of distinction.

Section 2: Worldview

In at least 2 pages, address the following elements:

Describe your perspective on Christian leadership, applied to a personal life role.

Discuss how this perspective shapes your approach in workplace and community applications (such as employment or ministry).
