I would like to develop a case to distribute in my training session for Service Management to my target audience who happened to be senior managers, showing them about the latest Customer service standards and matrices as well as example about the companies that uses these matrices. In the case we would like to link the matrices to the loyalty and the market share.

This must be backed up with statistics and data as well

Post reading the case i would like from my delegates to present their findings and the take-away from the story and also to create a platform that helps them to reflects those findings in their organization.
