Identify one change theory from the course, which you find interesting and write a reflective paper, which discusses why this particular theory is of relevance to you and your workplace context. Reflexively discuss what aspects of your current approach to leading and managing you would need to do differently to be more effective in practicing the change theory you have chosen to focus on.
