Discuss how develop cost estimates and budget

Read both the details of the Integrated Project given on pages 172-173 and 275-276 of our textbook. Your group is responsible for completing a cost estimate and budget such as the ones given in the example provided in the textbook. Your work will be a continuation of the project plan you submitted earlier in Unit 5. Begin by reviewing the Work Breakdown Structure example given on pages 172-173. You will not need to submit your work breakdown structure but it will be part of the input you need for your cost estimate and budget. You may use 1.40 as the overhead multiplier as noted in the example in our textbook.

Your group will work together to manage your own project and submitting a cost estimate and budget in the form of a Microsoft Word document in your group’s File Exchange section of your Group Project area. Submit the document as though your are presenting to an organization’s executive staff members.
