Discuss on planning and evaluation about gaining power and influence

I will provide a document and inside there are planning one, evaluation of planning one, planning two. I want you to create a evaluation of planning two. and also rewrite the planning one which I provided. The planning is about “gaining power and Influence”. For planning – Planning Step 1: Identify the setting or situation in which you will capture and try to deal with more effectively. Who else will be involved? When will you do it? Where will it be done? You should indicate when you will begin this skill application activity. Planning Step 2. Write down the two or three aspects of the skill or skills that are most important to you and relate to the situation in Step 1. Planning Step 3. Identify the specific behaviors you will engage in to apply this skill. Planning Step 4. What are the indicators, measures/metrics of successful performance? How will you know you have been effective? What will indicate you have performed competently? (see the Planning 2, i want planning one to be like planning 2’s format. *****the content of the steps are wrong, don’t copy, but can use some sentences. just see how the planning 2 write. but be careful the two planning is different. planning 1 is I was in a Japanese team you can see in the step two of planning 1 (Write two to three pages for panning one) ************ Second part, I want you to create a evaluation of planning 2. What have you learned?  What were the most exciting and motivating aspects of the learning experience?  What were the least exciting, most difficult aspects of the learning experience?  What obstacles did you come across? How did you deal with them?  What surprises did you encounter: What caused you to be surprised?  Do you believe this learning experience will have a lasting, long term impact on you? ( go to see evaluation of planning 2, write 2 pages) For my evaluation : dance group member are happy about that they can share their ideas and opinion. our meeting actually decrease to one or two times in a week because every people have different free time. not like before we just give a time and people come if they are free. but that turn our insufficient and now it’s more efficient if we want to discuss anything. all the group members are together. overall members are happy with all the changes.also we had a website platform for them to write any advise or music they want to dance. before it was just a place for us to discuss meeting time. now we discuss a lot more. Shortcome: still don;t know how to solve the problem about some people are late everytime because they always be like that. (write 2 pages) ***the paper is aout me. use “I” from my point of view. basically just rewrite the planning one and create a evaluation about plan 2.
