The purpose of the final reflection is for you to tie together all of the different elements of the unit.
To do this you would benefit from looking over the PowerPoint slides from the 3 lectures and
considering how Brookfield’s 4 lenses apply to your experiences and whether the GROW model was
relevant. Did you refer to the mentor manual, how did you apply the principles of mentoring to your
experience? Do you find Terrion’s metaphor of a mentor as a compass apt? What about the stages
and phases of mentoring/coaching. Was it transformative for you at all? How does our program
compare to other courses.
