– For the end of my thesis I need a case study that answers my following thesis question: How can companies apply the branding concept to improve employee´s retention and acquisition?.
– The case study should be based on an interview of a company rewarding: If they use employer branding and internal branding , how do they applied it, and explain if it improved their employee retention and acquisition. Necessary data information to prove this.
– The company could be google or another company who uses employer branding and internal branding.
