I have a project which to enhance the process of customer experience in the retail bank branches. i’ll upload a survey to be conducted from number of customers” to be done by you” in order to know what actions that need to be taken to improve the relationship between the branches and the bank clients. therefore, i need a statistics based on the survey result,recommendation and lacking area to be developed in PowerPoint slides.

I need three things. First, see the survey i uploaded with quantitative questions that can be answered and later interpreted statistically” pick 10 questions from the survey”, such as scale and true/false question. With recommendation and areas to improve sections. Second, answer the surveys (10 surveys) then analysis them statistically. Suggest recommendations and find ways to improve. Third, present all the past elements in a PowerPoint presentation
