Where are the most appropriate treatment centers/referral pathways? (Neurological, Trauma, Cardiac, Vulnerable patients, Hyperbaric facilities, etc)

Hi, The essay is for a student Paramedic doing a foundation degree.
I mainly work in the Leeds, Bradford and Wakefield area of Yorkshire but can cover neighboring areas. attached are referral pathways for Yorkshire.
