Objectives
There are four objectives set to reach the aim of this project they are as follows:
1. To review literature based on the of expectation and perception of service quality
2.To critically examine the concept of service at souvenir shop in Seville
3.To evaluate the concept of understating quality at souvenir shops
4.To critically explore tourist expectation compared to perception at Seville
5.To draw conclusions about service quality and offer recommendations for souvenir shops .
