As a coach, one needs to understand both their skill set as well as the result one is hoping to obtain. One must honor who they are, including both strengths and weaknesses. Consider whether you are a good listener, strategic thinker, or public speaker. Do your strengths include increasing customer satisfaction, improving team efficiency, or enhancing a CEOs performance?
