How bad did the deficits get under the dollar board?
Phasing:
How did deficits and growth slowing lead to pressure on the dollar board and then a currency crisis that produced a banking crisis. I.e. How did each crisis or issue create the next?
Paper explores the US Dollar board in Argentina. When and how it was established and what caused it to break down as debt levels rose in Argentina and the Dollar soared in the first decade of the 21st Century.
