Cytochromes contain heme groups which are responsible for production of ATP.Cytochromes are found as subunits or momomeric proteins.It is one of the most debated subjects today. It is the integration of economies, industries, markets, culture and policy making around the world. It is a process where nations and cultures have become integrated through a global network of trade, communication, immigration and transportation. It is also the international integration arising from the exchange of world views, products, ideas and culture. There are three types of globalization namely economic, social and political. The essay will debate how globalization has had many changing effects to the world. Such effects are; increased investments, foreign exchange, creation of jobs, cultural awareness, environment challenges and the need to protect it.
Multi-National Companies, (MNC’s), who start up or expand production units in developing countries and companies that perform well, attract much foreign investment. The locals benefit from foreign currency through infrastructure, education, health among other things. On the contrary, unemployment is still evident in some countries as production is switched to developing countries with lower unit labor costs, which causes higher levels of structural unemployment and puts huge pressure on government budgets. Some companies fire and outsource their employees in order to cut down costs and increase profits. Competition among developing countries to attract foreign investments has led to a ‘race to the bottom’ in which countries dangerously lower environment standards.
