Professor gave us an option to choose the topic for the final paper from all the main topics we have been taught throughout the semester. The topic I am considering is “gender inequality in a work place/employment”. According to professor’s requirement for the final essay, after we have chosen the topic, we need to find two theorists who have done a research on the topic chosen. I have already found them, Perkins Gilman (“Women and Economics”), Dubois (The Souls of Black Folk). But if you find another theorist from the syllabus that suits the topic better, please feel free to do so.
