Your assignment will be to write a paper in which you discuss one side of an issue surrounding a drug that is used recreationally. you may use your personal observations, prewriting activities, and at least two other resources such as peer reviewed articles, blogs, and/ or current events to form your opinion.
This paper should contain the following parts:
1. A title: Create a name for the controversy.
2. Introduction: An explanation of the issue and a clear statement of your position.
3. Support: An explanation of your side consisting of at least three arguments that support your position. Each argument should include the data you obtained from your from your research.
4. Counterarguments: Explain at least two-three arguments against your position.
5. Rebuttal: offer your reasonable response to the counterargument.
