• key stakeholders involved;
• an overview of the professional organization or association, regulatory agency, and state laws involved;
• an analysis of the interplay and complexities resulting from the three entities’ involvement in the issue/case;
• the procedures and practices involved;
• the ethical considerations;
• a proposed change including changes to policies, procedures, and/or practices;
• the impact on stakeholders resulting from the change; and
• ways in which you would influence, advocate, and lobby for the proposed change.
