How were the Puritans different from the Pilgrims?
Take two colonies and compare and contrast them. You can choose a (Middle colony vs. a New England Colony) a (Middle colony vs. a Southern Colony), or a (Southern Colony vs. a New England Colony). Compare and contrast them and how did their labor systems vary?

For your Week 1 Paper you will be required to conduct research on one of the following topics:

The Weekly Paper is to be a minimum of 3 complete pages in length. Going over the minimum page length requirement is acceptable; however, I am not looking for a 6+ page Weekly Paper! Also, you must demonstrate knowledge of how to conduct research. This means you are required to find and use a minimum of 3 scholarly sources (e.g. GMC Textbook, GMC Library, and Google Scholar).

All papers are to have an APA title page and an APA reference page. The APA title page and APA reference page do NOT count towards the minimum page requirement! Your body of work needs to be a minimum of 3 complete pages! Also, you do not need to put your footnotes at the bottom of each page throughout the body of the paper. Instead, you may do the following for this paper:

The War of 1812 was started by America. (Kucsan, 2009) or (the authors last name). Now if you are using more than one article by the same author then you need to put in the title of the articlesuch as (Kucsan, 2009, Consequences of the War of 1812). If you are using 2 different works with authors of the same last name then do the following; (Kucsan, P, 2009) Just put in the first initial.
