In the past decade we have experienced the Ebola crisis in West Africa, the epidemic of Middle East Respiratory Syndrome (or MERS) in South Korea and, more recently, the emergence of the Zika virus.

Our attention has focused once again on viruses that have the ability to move quickly in a population.

After doing some research on what is known about some of these viruses, set up a good argument (well supported by data from scientific sources) either supporting or refuting the following statement: Travel from specific virus infected countries to the US should be restricted.
