Soooo the Field Evaluation Programme is sadly coming to an end. As the FEP coordinators we thought we would take this opportunity to tell you about a typical day in the GlobalGiving UK HQ.
The Field Evaluation Programme has been running successfully since 2013. It involves trained GlobalGiving UK evaluators visiting projects run by our overseas partners. The Evaluators carry out an in-depth 4-5 day organisational assessment and provide practical support tailored to each organisation.
The volunteers provide support to the organisations about fundraising, digital communications, and a further demonstration of the globalgiving systems.
As the Field Evaluation Programme Coordinators it is our role to ensure the smooth running of the programme (just like butter!). As the butter to your toast
A typical day in the office will include providing feedback and editing Audit Reports that are produced by Field Evaluators. The Audit Reports include 9 different sections covering aspects of organizational management such as; accountability, communication, finance, fundraising, staff and volunteers etc..
