The expanded use of the Internet has led to increase in file sharing and use of Peer-to-peer networks for the distribution of digital software, music video, movies and so on. MPAA (Motion Picture Association of America) has in response initiated several public campaigns and legal actions against several organizations and institutions with severe resulting fines and jail times.
Your job is to write a memo to the MPAA. (Memo templates are available in MS Word.) This memo is to describe your view on the fairness or unfairness of the above actions and suggestion of the way forward. Such a road map should address the needs of all stakeholders.

User’s claims that MPAA is monopolistic
