Using APA Guidelines, the paper shall be approximately 2,000 words (up to 2,500 words), exclusive of cover page, tables of content or figures, endnotes, if used, and bibliography. Subject topic is on Intellectual Property and it\’s importance to Cyber Law (also perhaps to Cyber Security). See abstract for paper direction I was heading. Also, I\’ve included an outline and direction I was writing but apparently struggling with. For references, government sources (i.e. GAO, NIST, etc) would be extremely helpful as well as any academic resources (Harvard Law Journals, etc) but no blogs.
