Instructions Interdisciplinary healthcare team members must work together in order to provide quality patient care. Since the nurse collaborates with several disciplines it is essential to understand the roles and backgrounds of each discipline.
Interview two different interdisciplinary healthcare team members of your own choosing. Discuss with them such as aspects as: role, responsibilities, education, code of ethics, his/her believes about working as a team member.
In your own words, describe your interviews. Explain what you found to be similar and what you found to be different between the two disciplines and how they compare to nursing.
The paper should be no more than two pages in length. Use a 12 font size and double space your work. Be sure to correctly cite your source following APA format.
