The Mini-Project is as follows:
Access the .pdf file. The .pdf file was obtained from the National Conference of State Legislatures. Convert the the data found in the .pdf file (either through input or via electronic conversion) into an .xlsx (Excel format).
Next, Create a column on the excel spreadsheet and label it Geography. In that column, to the best of your ability label each state North, South, West, Midwest, Plains, Southeast, Northeast.
Finally, answer the following questions:
What percentage of states fall into each category?
Is there a relationship with the ideology of the governor and the geography of a state? Explain.
