The human contribution to the planning process at one of the following level:
1- cognitive: where the human is considered as an information-processing system, including thought process, representation and decision- making.
2- psychological: where the human has a unique history, leading to specific subjective processing of the situation he experiences.
3- social: where it emphasized that every single individual is a member of several social groups with different cultures which will partly determine his values and habits.
Please I required literature about the above mentioned levels in regards of the human scheduler contribute to the planning process and how humans contributions can be different in according to these levels.
