Please read Chapter 6 – Visual Objects, Words, and Meaning of our textbook, Visual Thinking for Design. After reading the chapter, look at logos and think about them through the ideas presented in chapter 6.
Then, pick a logo from an existing company, and talk about how the lines, colors and texts come together to form a visual object (and be sure to explain what visual objects are after reading Chapter 6 in your response).
Logos are designed to create a certain brand recognition and becomes a visual working memory (think of McDonald’s golden arch).
