The final paper requires the student to individually build on the knowledge gained through the team research project on Proctor and Gamble. The team project looked at this organization and provided a report on its current total rewards. This paper goes a step further and describes how the organization should change its total rewards in order to be more effective in attracting, retaining and motivating the employees in order to reach the organization’s business objectives.The student, through an approximately five page paper, briefly summarizes the findings of the team research on the organization Proctor and Gamble, assesses whether the organization is prepared through its current total rewards program to meet the needs and challenges of the future, and makes recommendations for enhancement.

The student:

Evaluates and assesses the current situation and analyzes if the current rewards program is sufficient to meet the needs of the future or if it needs to changes. Justification for the assessment is required along with ramifications of doing nothing.
Evaluates whether the current rewards are attracting the employee segmentation who offer the needed knowledge, skills and abilities (KSAs). If they do not, the student recommends other segments of the labor market who may possess the needed KSAs.
Recommends changes to the Total Rewards Program along with specific plans including communication of the changes and metrics that will be used by the organization to evaluate the success of the total rewards program. Conclusions are also summarized by the student with a recap of their assessment of any risks of not implementing as well as opportunities if the program is applied.
