An ability to identify and challenge existing orthodoxy in the field of management

 

An ability to apply organizational/management theory to relevant organization/company experience

 

An ability to structure a coherent, critical and balanced argument

 

Present discussion and analysis in an appropriate critical essay format

 

Evidence of extensive reading
