Marketing Mix on Lululemon

 

 

In addition to making references to my textbook, you must research the company using at least four outside sources including periodicals and journals (company web documents count as one source no matter how many different links within the site used). References should include one or two company sources such as company website or personal interview, competitor websites, and independent sources of information (Journals available through NAIT library, Chamber of Commerce or other government sites). Wikipedia is NOT considered an original source for this project and therefore should not be used.

 

CITATION – Your sources must be identified in the body of your text using in-text citations in APA format as well as References section at the end of the report

 

Marketing Mix – This section looks at the 4 Ps or if you choose you can take the buyers point of view and consider the 4 Cs. Describe in detail the product layers (Ch#9), is the core benefit aligned with how your company creates superior value? Place (Ch#12, 13); are channels of distribution, where is the product available, does your target market normally be looking at this place when looking to buy the company’s product? Price (Ch#11), if your product is a new product discuss whether it might be penetration priced or if they are using a skimming pricing strategy. If you are using a product that is in a different product life cycle stage then what pricing policy is being used by the company? Promotion (Ch#14, 15, 16, 17) discusses your company’s use of the communications mix. This section attempts to answer, “How we create Value”.
