I need help with my masters thesis topic. I do not have topic and that is what I would like to have. CLEARLY mention TOPIC!! and research questions that will be investigated and why it is essential to do so. I am interested in PROBLEM STATEMENT, PURPOSE, BACKGROUND etc. I am sure you are aware of what is included in it. If I like it I will continue with it through here.
Now the topic must be related to the Real Estate Industry or its Finance. My interest heavily lies in airport, aviation, airport infrastructure, its retailing, kind a like airport properties/real estate, even managing them or increasing its revenues/profit, asset management, its economic effect on the economy, how important it is to invest in its real estate. These are just some key words to help you understand where my interest is so you can be more on track. I am open to topics. IT MUST BE A GENUINE TOPIC. NO NO PLAGIARISM. I will consult with my professor and don’t give me a reason never to come back and persuade other not to as well. OR
The second choice is to do something with assets management, investments, real estate investments- banking side, wealth management, REITs, etc. Topic relate to this can be considered as well.
