1. Include an Introduction, a Body with main Ideas, a Summary/Conclusion
2. State whether you are on a regular or special diet.
3. What eating trends do you notice?
4. Do you read food labels? (always, sometimes, never) If no or sometimes,
have you changed your mind about reading labels after this project?
5. Do you eat to live or live to eat? Explain.
6. Do you think about whether the food you are grabbing to eat is
nutritious or not? (always, sometimes, never). If no, have you changed your
habits with this?
6. Which nutrients were particularly low? Which nutrients were high?
For each nutrient you are low in, name 3 foods that you like that have those nutrients in them. Are you planning to implement these into your diet?
7. Comment about the type and amount of your exercise. Do you need more?

8. What specific foods could you delete from your diet that are neither beneficial nor nutritional for you (empty calories)? Are you really planning to delete them or possibly cut down on the amount?
9. Give example menus for one day (breakfast, lunch, dinner and snacks) that include food and drinks that would improve your diet to balance your basic carbohydrates, fats, proteins, and nutrients. Include food you really LIKE.

See attached Details. I read all labels before purchasing or eating foods. I always think about what I am eating. the nutrients I am low on are vitamin E, Calcium & Iron-please reference foods that can help me increase this nutrient. I go to the gym 3-4 days a week, focusing mainly on weights & light cardio. I can delete cake and sweets from my diet.
