This portfolio will be built up with four sections: (1) Literature Review, (2) a descriptive statement of the work you are including, followed by the evidence of teamwork you have presented over the Term in the module, (3) Reflective Traffic Light sheets and (4) a personal reflection on how you actually worked as a team member.
