your review echoes indirectly with globalisation as a process which, many believed since 1990s, would neutralise the effect of cultural differences in the long run. It was widely accepted that globalisation will lead to convergence of values in the process of becoming one rather homogeneous global society (Berry, 2008). But it seems its progress is being delayed due to many unexpected obstacles which led to emergence of glocalisation (Robertson, 2012). Do you think at a certain point in future implementation of performance management in a global context would become ‘easier’?
