You will assess, provide a diagnosis, and offer a treatment plan for them.                                                                                                                                                Please explain background info, relevant data, specific rationale, principally how you came to a diagnosis. Be detailed in your description/s. Please include all differential diagnoses as well.                       Use research to support your conclusions After diagnosing this particular person, create a treatment plan that will describe how this particular individual will be treated.                                                            Then select a specific type of therapy (modality) that you will use to treat this individual. Use research to support your findings.

Assignment should be 5-7 pages typed, double-spaced with a font size of 12, not counting the cover page, abstract, and references page. Cite your work using in text citations throughout your paper.                 Your research should include a minimum of 3 references (not including your text book which you may use), with at least 2 references coming from professional journal articles. (Do not use websites such as Wikipedia, About.com, Simplepsychology, etc…) Utilize scholarly sources.                                             ***Your research paper is expected to be arranged in APA format, and should include: Title page centered horizontally and vertically Abstract – second page – a brief summary of your findings References within the document in APA format (NOT footnotes, but author and year in parenthesis).
