Types of insurance coverage handle by the three companies
Prudential company has several subsidies within and without the American market. The company has confined itself to the life insurance market as the major arm of its insurance subsidy. Discussion
Homepage: In terms of the homepage, it is important to design a homepage that offers the users a friendly platform to be able to get directions on where to proceed to get the information being sort. All the three websites had an excellent score. They were both effectively structured to give visitors to the site a glimpse of the contents of the website. To that end, an excellent score was awarded.
Flow of information: the flow of information in a website disclosed the manner in which the information sought is harmonised or arranged to enable anyone a very quick access to the information that is being sought. For prudential, the flow of information is not clear. It makes the navigation process through the website a little bit hard. Nevertheless, for the other two companies, the flow was excellent
Navigation: How easy is it to find directions through the websites? Does steering though the websites offer the users the needed information with little effort? Evaluation based on websites seeks to understand how easy it is to access information through them by “flipping@ through the pages. The results of the assessment done in terms of navigation reveals that Aviva compounded information scouring where some of the links were not accessible. In terms of content, all the sites had the relevant content that would give the users the chance to view and explore all the information that regards to the products of the companies. The websites were not only thorough, but also gave a platform through which the users can directly correspond to the relevant people in the companies.
