Identify, evaluate, and summarize a major public policy issue.Thoroughly analyze the “problems” associated with the selected policy and employ their knowledge of policy, law, and ethics in proposing logical, legal, and ethical resolutions of each. Develop a paper describing the major ideological, political, and ethical dimensions of the policy issue and develop recommended actions that in his or her judgment, would improve outcomes for and protect the interests of the intended constituents. The recommended actions should be in the form of changes in policy, law, or regulations.The final policy paper should reflect the following:1.
