Read the article, “China’s Milk Scandal,” (in the Readings folder of the Course Materials for week #3). This article tells the story of one parent, Wang Yuanping, and his dealings with Sanlu. It also reviews the roles played by others in contributing to (or not exposing) the cover-up of the contaminated milk products.
What do you think influenced Sanlu’s communication actions in responding to Mr. Wang? Would Mr. Wang think that Sanlu acted ethically towards him and his family? Explain.
