Research a country or province outside of the United States. Gather information about how businesses operate in that country or province. Write a three-page-paper to report your findings. Your paper should include the following information:
The country’s demographics. Does gender affect business? Why or why not? Discuss which characteristics a business values in its employees.
Create a bullet point list of cultural differences and answer in a paragraph how these differences relate to conducting business in that country.
Create a recommendation to colleagues, your supervisor, or to a department in the country you researched. Remember to be sensitive to cultural differences.
