Project description
– State the name of the law or court case, identify the theme it addresses (e.g., linguistic diversity), and identify its main features. Do not analyze or critique the policy in this section. Simply describe it.
– Analyze the policy drawing from educational philosophies that have been discussed in this class. Try to bring in the viewpoints of at least two or three philospher-educators.
– Evaluate the law or court case. What is your evaluation of the law or court decision? What are its shortcomings and/or strengths? Give your opinion whether you feel the judges made the appropriate decision or not.
