Strategic planning literature investigation

This paper is designed to help you understand and integrate an evaluative model for use within an organization. You are asked to research the Context, Input, Process, Product (CIPP) model which was proposed by Daniel Stufflebeam of the Evaluation Center at Western Michigan University, Kalamazoo.
Provide a summary of each aspect or cell of the CIPP model and propose a program in construction mgmt that would benefit from its application. It is a valuable tool for discerning the value and merit of any plan and/or program.
Next, using the NSU online library, choose two articles concerning strategic planning. the paper should include the following elements.
