then in this paper Compare and contrast the disciplinary systems of two public agencies. Discuss discipline systems and their challenges (and opportunities). Use at least 6 sources(Academic journals or books).

Abstract
This short paper looks at contemporary government reforms using Paul Light’s four-part analytic framework from the Tides of Reform. The data are from three examples, one each from local, state, and federal government. One is an example of a comprehensive reform with multiple elements, and two focus narrowly on pensions and technology utilization. All-in-all, the reforms provide examples of a willingness by the political branch to stay heavily involved in the management and oversight of public agencies..
