This is the original paper that we are building..
The Qualitative Case Study of Employee Retention in a Call Center
We will interviewing to call center managers
I need you to write Conceptual Framework and Assumptions, Limitations, and Delimitations only this should be in headers first Conceptual Framework then Assumptions then Limitations last Delimitations.. I have attached two dissertation as an example.. Please write clear and precise.. APA 6th ed is a must
Conceptual Framework
(1.10) Theoretical/Conceptual Framework : Clearly and concisely identify the theory/conceptual framework. In quantitative studies, the theoretical framework is the appropriate term and in qualitative studies the conceptual framework is the appropriate term. The student will articulate the theoretical/conceptual framework with concepts from the literature to ground and complement the applied business study.
• This component should not exceed one page. It will be expanded upon in the literature review. See Theoretical/Conceptual Framework Video Tutorial at: http://youtu.be/P-01xVTIVC8
a. Identifies and describes the theory or conceptual model for theoretical/conceptual framework.
b. Identifies theorist(s) of the theory or conceptual model for theoretical/conceptual framework.
c. Identifies date of the theory or conceptual model for theoretical/conceptual framework (if applicable).
d. Identifies key concepts/propositions/tenets of the theory or conceptual model for theoretical/conceptual framework.
e. Identifies how/why the theory or conceptual model for theoretical/conceptual framework is applicable and fits/applies to the study.
in qualitative studies, the conceptual framework, illustrates which ideas from the literature ground the research being conducted. Theories are bodies of knowledge that help to explain and predict phenomena and show how the study will be related to existing knowledge. Some sample theories include systems theory, (Describe in detail the selected theory, how it relates to the study, how it informs the expectations and aspirations of the research, and tie it back to the study.
This is what we have so far!! Please add what’s in red!!! I would love if we could find update reference 2002 is too old… The reference need to be 2013 or newer..Thanks
The conceptual framework in this qualitative study will be to explore the strategies manager can implement to retain call center employees. Having knowledge on retention strategies may lead to retaining call center employees. This qualitative research study will follow the general systems theory conceptual framework. General systems theory was developed by von Bertalanffy in 1937. According to the general systems theory, an organization is made up of subsystems that are interdependent (Biazzo, 2002). Any action done on any subsystem has a ripple effect on all the other subsystems and ultimately on the entire organization (Biazzo, 2002). This theory will be to gain understanding of the strategies manager can practice to maintain call center employees. Describe in detail the selected theory, how it relates to the study, how it informs the expectations and aspirations of the research, and tie it back to the study.
Assumptions, Limitations, and Delimitations
Assumptions
Text begins here. Assumptions are facts considered to be true, but are not actually verified. Assumptions carry risk and should be treated as such. A mitigation discussion would be appropriate.
Limitations
Text begins here. Limitations refer to potential weaknesses of the study.
Delimitations
Text begins here. Delimitations refer to the bounds or scope of the study. Describe the boundary and what is in and out of the scope.
(1.12) Assumptions, Limitations, and Delimitations
a. Defines the term “assumptions” and provide citation; list facts that that the student assumes to be true but cannot actually verify (Assumptions).
b. Defines the term “limitations” and provide citation; lists potential weaknesses of the study (Limitations).
c. Defines the term “delimitations” and provide citation; identifies the bounds of the study (Delimitations).
