To determine what project management training is required in developing countries (e.g. China) in order to sustain their rapid growth?

I have provided the draft of the literature review, but the supervisor said that is lack of relevant resource of the project management training technique which it can be compared with the technique that china using. Supervisor has given a example (Prince2). So describe the APMG organization and giving a case/example/ of Prince2 to define how it work or play a role.
