Total Comp Package Analysis

1. A spreadsheet detailing your total compensation (attached as an appendix to the report)
2. A report describing the spreadsheet, its elements and your view of the compensation scheme.
Include both the compensation components of the reward package (pay, bonuses, benefits, etc.) and the non-compensation components (recognition, self-control over work, etc.)
The analysis will include a spreadsheet to present the information, a dollar value you assign for the non-compensation components/benefits, and a discussion of your view of the compensation system you have analyzed. How does it compare with the competition (market survey)? What would you like to see added (would that addition incentivize you to work harder, smarter, better)? What’s included that you feel to be superfluous (i.e. taking it away would not decrease your motivation to work hard)?
Research, and discuss in the paper, the package compared to the total compensation available elsewhere in your industry, job type, career field, etc. (this is a salary survey). Describe your salary comparison process. How easy it was to obtain the information? What difficulties did you encounter? How did you overcome them?
Please note: the excel spreadsheet is provided as a starting point. Rows that are not applicable to your compensation package should be deleted. If you have comp items not shown in the rows, then add rows as necessary, or changed the title in a row to fit your company’s comp design.

You can look up the total compensation for a Marine Corp E-4 Corporal, and base the paper off that. The professor also want the excel spreadsheet on an appendix page in the back of the paper. I will attach the excel spreadsheet as well as an example of how he wants the paper formatte
