The first objective of the study is to find out what are the current stocktaking process and the problems faced by 3PL as they required taking a long duration to complete one stocktaking cycle. This is to allow me to determine if there are any redundant processes which they are using currently and if there are any other methods which are able to assist them to complete the stocktaking cycle in a more efficient manner.
