this a essay for a nomination as women of the year. I am 33 years old been in the navy for 13 years 11 months currently station in san diego california on shore duty I have been on 4 deployments. I have three children a 12 year old daughter a 10 year son and a 4 yr old son. I am african american I love being in the navy and what it has provided for me and my family. I love the traveling I have done and supporting my country.
