The HIM Manager was having problems with the print version of the Comprehensive Accreditation Manual for Ambulatory Care (CAMAC) disappearing from her office so she didn’t have access to information when she needed it. She had received a notice that the Joint Commission now had all their accreditation manuals in a digital format that sounded like it would be just the right thing for Liberty Clinic to purchase so that everyone could have access to the manual electronically and the issues with the print version missing would be avoided.
