“Why Are All the Black Kids Sitting together in the Cafeteria?”

Overall I think you have made a few great points about the issues of racial identity and development within education in the beginning of your essay. However, the thesis is not quite on-track and is not quite in the right format. I think Dr. Green would prefer them to not be in question form.
Having an unclear thesis made it difficult for me to stay focused on your argument, which was also unclear or not quite present. I am confused about the direction you’re headed in this paper, it seems a little off the prompt of Tatum’s views on education. Perhaps you should pick some influential quotes from Tatum’s essay and add them to your paper (properly cited) to provide evidence for your claims. That way you can stay on track.
