Why did two technical limit process fail and what can be done to ensure success with the newly existing check 6 after action review process.

I have completed a very draft dissertation. The dissertation is oil and gas related. The basis is why innovations fail. I have no idea about methodology or how to present it. I need the dissertation checked and if

required re written in places. I will try to provide any information required.

I have not quoted any sources in the methodology. I have said 10 but what ever is required for best results. I have not checked the word count. To ensure better quality I would like it in 14 days if it makes the dissertation better. Harvard style please.
