For this paper I do NOT need an abstract page. 3 sources must be print or electronic books, research journals, periodicals, or electronic database references. 2 sources may be web based. No more than 50% of the paper can be cited references. I have included several sources that I would like to be used if at all possible. Please make this paper in simple language. Nothing too technical. Also if you could find a source that shows the statistics of animals that are euthanized each year in the USA because of overpopulation due to pets not being spayed/neutered that would be great.
